Fully manage hotel operations on Agoda and Booking.com platforms, including: Room availability, rate planning, promotions, and inventory optimizations.
Develop and implement strategies to increase exposure, conversion rates, and occupancy.
Maintain strong work relationships with account managers from both platforms to stay updated on policies and marketing opportunities.
Monitor key performance indicators (CTR, conversation, occupancy, guest ratings) and conduct regular data analysis and optimization.
Handle guest reviews and complaints professionally to maintain high guest satisfaction scores.
collaborate with the front desk, customer service, and marketing departments to ensure consistent execution of OTA strategies.

Minimum of 3 years experience in the same role and function, focused on operating Agoda and Booking.com accounts for hotels.
Proven expertise in managing OTA backend systems and understanding platform -specific policies and algorithms.
Excellent communication skills in English and strong-functional collaboration ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft office excel and hotel PMS tools (e.g, Opera, eZee, Cloudbeds)is a plus
