  • Licensed Architect
  • More than 5 years of experience in Project Management with relevant capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of the company, business, brand and product
  • Deep understanding of the company and its position in the market industry

  • In-depth aptitude to analyze problems and to strategize for better solutions
  • With advanced knowledge in Project Management, Construction Management and Engineering (MEPFS)

  • Has design knowledge and background; construction background

  • Proficient computer skills including but not limited to MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and MS Project
