  • Provide daily nursing and care services to the patient (e.g., measuring vital signs, administering medications, monitoring health status).
  • Monitor developments in the patient's health condition and document observations and changes in the patient's record.
  • Contribute to implementing the doctor's instructions and follow up on the execution of the treatment plan.
  • Assist with the patient's personal hygiene and general care as needed, including bathing, nail trimming, hair combing, and other related tasks.
  • Maintain the safety of the patient and the care environment within the home.
  • Educate the family on how to manage the patient's health condition.
  • Adhere to professional ethics and maintain the confidentiality of medical information.
  • Collaborate with the work team and management to ensure the quality of the service provided.
