Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Valid PRC License

Functions:

• Assumes responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of client care
• Receives endorsement from the outgoing nurse and provides patients with direct nursing care
• Administers medication safely and documents patient’s response to medication
• Admission, transfer and discharges the patients
