- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
