• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
• Create, post, and manage job ads across multiple channels (job boards, social media, etc.).
• Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews (phone, virtual) to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Assist with recruitment reports and metrics to monitor hiring progress.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, including sourcing and conducting interviews
• Proficient in using various sourcing channels, job portals, and sourcing search techniques
• Experience in hiring for both IT and non-IT roles (manager to director-level experience is a strong advantage)
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
• Can start ASAP
