الوصف

  • Source and attract candidates using various recruitment tools.
  • Ensure that the organization is staffed with qualified Security Guards, Lady Guards, Security Officers, Back-Office positions and trustworthy personnel.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Oversee the recruitment process.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Maintain records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on metrics.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psycholoy, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, or; preferably within the security or law enforcement sector.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Recruiting, HRIS, Talent Management, and Recruitment Specialist practices.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, conduct candidate screening, and collaborate with hiring managers.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment with potential remote work flexibility.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, an ability to build rapport with candidates, and can perform well under pressure.
