المتطلبات

  • Job Title: Recruitment Associate
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
  • Experience Level: 6 months to 1 year of experience in Recruitment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting and sourcing skills, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to conduct interviews effectively.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based, collaborative environment with a focus on team engagement.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, people-oriented, and adaptable.
