الوصف

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement overall recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. 
  • Sourcing & Advertising: Post job ads on professional sites, job boards, and social media, and use databases to source candidates. 
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements. 
  • Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience. 
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Liaise with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, understand job requirements, and facilitate the selection process. 
  • Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding of new hires to ensure they integrate smoothly into the company. 

المتطلبات

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Sciebce in Psychology or any related field.
  • With at least 1 year work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Managing Recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
