  • Develop and implement effective sourcing and selection strategies to attract top talent
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments of candidates as needed.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of recruitment data and reports.
  • Maintain relationships with PESO offices, schools, and other recruitment partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment processes and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and government labor regulations.
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to recruitment staff.
  • Prepare periodic recruitment status reports and present updates to management.
