  • Source candidates, conduct interviews, manage employee relations, assist in talent management strategies.
  • Source and attract potential candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate applicants.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

المتطلبات

  • Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, proficiency in talent acquisition, employee relations, people management, written communication, and social recruitment.
  • Working Conditions: Typical office environment with occasional remote work options.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, with excellent interpersonal skills.
