  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Niche Profile and Volume Account need to know how to conduct Headhunt
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Passive Hiring
  • Utilize various channels for talent sourcing, including social media and job boards.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and competency.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.


المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting strategies, talent assessment, and relationship building; strong written and verbal communication skills. Niche Profile and Volume Account need to know how to conduct Headhunt
  • Working Conditions: Typically office-based; Hybrid Set up
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and a team player with a passion for talent sourcing
