  • Warmly greet clients, answering phone calls, and directing customer inquiries.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree.
  • Experience Level: 1 - 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office suite, experience with help desk support, data entry, and scheduling. Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills and adept at time management.
  • Working Conditions: This job will typically be in an office environment during regular business hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: A friendly and professional demeanor, well-organized, attentive to detail, and capable of multitasking effectively.
