- Land acquisition
- Project conceptualization and planning
- Project implementation
- Project close-out
- Management of the commercial aspects of the project
- In-charge of monitoring all project progress and controlling of costs.
- Will also monitor and supervise the progress of the permits and licensing of all projects.
- In-charge of controlling, filing and safe keeping of related and key documents to make sure they are intact given that the life cycle of each project lasts an average of 5 years.
- 3-5 Years experience in Real-Estate Project Development
- Graduate of any course i.e. Business Management, Finance or Accounting
- Shows excellent skills in coordinating with respective stakeholders of the project
- Exudes leadership skills
- Highly proficient in financial analysis, market research and project planning
- Good communication, Presentation and Organizational skills
