PROPERTY SPECIALIST

• Process client transactions, and requirements
• Take charge in promoting, marketing, and selling FLI properties
• Foster professional networks
• Establish good relationship with clients
• Have rapport with clients, and colleagues
• Meet sales quota required within 3 months

• At least 2 years in college, and completed 72 units
• Experience in sales, marketing, and other related field is preferred but not required
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Capable in networking, and maintaining good client relationships
• Must have confidence, a pleasing personality, and a positive attitude
• Can work in a team and has high sense of responsibility
• Must be enthusiastic, resourceful, goal-oriented, and high degree of self-motivation
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Willing to work in any part of Metro Manila
