We are looking for highly motivated, entrepreneurial Leasing Agents to join our growing real estate team. This role is 100% commission-based — perfect for individuals who are performance-driven, confident in sales, and ready to hustle.

You will handle leasing inquiries, assist property owners, and match clients with the right units. The more you close, the more you earn. We provide all the tools you need — SIM card, CRM system, training, branding, and back-end support — but performance and income are entirely up to you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map and manage listings in your assigned zone.
• Contact and assist property owners with leasing their units.
• Handle inquiries from potential tenants and close deals.
• Manage leads and listings through our CRM platform.
• Conduct site visits, take photos/videos of units, and upload to CRM.
• Build your pipeline and maintain strong client relationships.
• Regularly update progress and meet performance KPIs.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• College level or graduate (Business, Marketing, Mass Comm, Tourism, or related fields).
• Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Sales-driven with persuasive negotiation skills.
• Professional, reliable, and customer-service oriented.
• Tech-savvy: able to use CRM, WhatsApp, social media, and property platforms.
• Willing to work on a commission-only basis (no transport/meal allowance).
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with quotas.

Nice-to-Have:

• Background in real estate leasing, property sales, Airbnb, or hospitality.
• Familiarity with the assigned zone (streets, landmarks, key establishments).
