  • Promote and sell DMCI Homes properties to prospective clients
  • Generate leads through various marketing and networking strategies
  • Conduct property presentations, site tours, and client consultations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Assist clients in the home-buying process, including documentation and financing options
  • Stay updated on market trends, project developments, and sales strategies
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
  • No experience required – fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome!
  • With or without a PRC or DHSUD license
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
