  • Prepare Quantity Surveying documents, including budgetary estimates from sketches, and Bills of Quantities (BoQ) for structural, architectural, and civil trades, along with corresponding cost estimates.
  • Liaise with Japanese supervisors and the Design Group; attend tender meetings and secure all necessary documents, plans, and specifications required for preparing comprehensive proposals.
  • Review inquiries to ensure sufficient information is provided (e.g., drawings, commercial terms, specifications) for accurate cost estimation.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Must have a valid professional license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
  • Minimum of 5 years of proactive experience in estimating and bid preparation
  • Hands-on knowledge and experience in bid documentation, procedures, quantity take-off, and price estimation
