- Inspect and monitor incoming, in-process, and outgoing products to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Check product labeling, packaging, temperature, and storage conditions.
- Record inspection results and prepare quality reports.
- Assist in implementing food safety and quality assurance programs (GMP, HACCP, ISO).
- Report and document any deviations or non-conformance issues, and coordinate with concerned departments for corrective action.
- Support QA audits and compliance activities.
- Graduate of Food Technology, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related science course.
- With or without work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Knowledge in food safety and quality systems is an advantage.
- Keen attention to detail and strong observation skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and overtime if required.
