About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in performance and load testing using LoadRunner and JMeter to ensure our applications meet high standards of quality, reliability, and performance under various load conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter
• Plan and conduct load, stress, and scalability testing for web and mobile applications
• Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide detailed performance reports
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify performance issues and recommend improvements
• Maintain and update testing documentation, including test plans, scripts, and reports
• Continuously improve testing processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a QA Tester with a focus on performance/load testing
• Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner and JMeter
• Familiarity with scripting languages used in performance testing (e.g., VuGen, Java, JavaScript)
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
• Ability to analyze performance test results and troubleshoot complex issues
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
