1. Establish and maintain the QMS Masterlist of documents
2. Ensures to maintain and update Document and Records Control Procedure
3. Conducts internal audit based on ISO 9001, MLC 2006 and previous audit findings
4. Manages all flows of document either in electronic form or on paper form
5. Ensures that newly endorsed records are scanned, properly, labelled and archived
6. Prepared audit report
7. Conducts verification of actions based on the implementation period
8. Attends in client audit preparatory meeting
