Key Responsibilities:

· Inspect and assess raw materials, in-process products, and finished furniture for quality and consistency.

· Develop and implement quality standards for production processes.

· Identify areas for improvement and work with production teams to resolve quality issues.

· Maintain accurate documentation of quality control processes and findings.

· Ensure compliance with company specifications and industry standards.

· In-charge of in-house and job-out contractors.

Qualifications:

· A graduate of any engineering related course.

· With at least five years experiences in furniture manufacturing.

· Proven experience in quality control or a similar role, preferably in furniture manufacturing.

· Knowledge of mixed media materials (wood, metal, leather, stone, etc.) and production techniques is an advantage.

· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

· Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
