• Developing, implementing, and monitoring quality control systems and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards
• Conducting regular inspections and tests on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products
• Analysing quality data and generating reports to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Providing training and guidance to quality assurance personnel
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to quality control processes
• Ensuring the company adheres to all relevant quality, health, and safety regulations
• Will handle IATF (QMS) and EMS works

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within the manufacturing industry
2. Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and best practices
3. Proficient in using quality control tools and techniques such as statistical process control, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis
4. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
6. Proficient in relevant quality management software and MS Office suite
7. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field
