To meet the needs of on-site construction and operation of the Kuantan Project in Malaysia, we are now openly recruiting one (1) Electrical & Instrumentation QC Inspector locally.

为满足马来西亚关丹项目现场施工及运营的需求，现面向当地公开招聘 电仪 QC 质量员 1 名。 

I. Job Responsibilities

一、岗位职责

1. Responsible for supervision and inspection of project construction quality, and accountable for quality oversight and confirmation.

 负责项目工程质量的监督检查工作，对工程质量承担监督与确认责任。

2. Be familiar with construction drawings and design documents. 

 熟悉施工图设计文件。

3. Attend briefings on construction organization design and construction methods to understand technical and management requirements.

接受施工组织设计及施工方案交底，了解相关技术及管理要求。

4. Participate in technical briefings for construction teams and supervise proper communication of workmanship and process quality requirements.

参加施工作业班组技术交底，监督工艺及工序质量要求交底落实到位。

5. Conduct quality inspections of construction areas based on technical briefings, and provide on- site supervision when necessary.

 依据技术交底对施工作业面进行质量巡查，必要时实施旁站监督。

6. Be familiar with quality acceptance standards for each sub-item, sub-division, and inspection lot; track and inspect construction quality, promptly correct violations and non-compliant operations, and prevent quality hazards or accidents.

熟悉各分部、分项及检验批工程的质量验收标准，对施工质量进行跟踪检查，及时纠正违章、违规操作，防止质量隐患或事故发生。

7.  Assist discipline engineers in implementing process quality control; carry out inspection and measurement for each inspection lot; perform acceptance, evaluation, and preparation of quality acceptance  records  strictly  in  accordance  with  relevant  standards  or  company  quality requirements.

协助专业工程师实施工序质量过程控制，对每一检验批进行实测实量，严格按照工程质量验收标准或公司质量标准进行验收、评定，并编制质量验收资料

8. Jointly conduct inspection and acceptance of inspection lots with the Client and Supervision Consultant.

 会同建设方及监理单位对检验批工程质量进行验收。

9. Participate in on-site quality inspections; issue rectification notices for general quality issues and supervise timely corrective actions by contractors; promptly report serious quality issues to direct supervisors and be responsible for acceptance after rectification.

参与施工现场质量检查，对一般质量问题下达整改通知并监督施工队及时整改；对严重质量问题及时上报直属领导，并负责整改后的验收。

10. Participate in investigation and handling of project quality incidents or accidents.

参与项目质量事故的调查与处理。

11. Prepare project quality statistical reports and submit them to higher-level quality management authorities in a timely manner.

负责项目质量统计报表的编制，并按时上报至上级质量监督管理部门。

13. Verify incoming materials and equipment to ensure compliance with project requirements, and ensure proper storage, handling, and protection prior to installation.

对进场材料和设备进行核查，确保符合项目要求，并在安装前妥善存放、搬运及防护。

14. Prepare and maintain quality supervision work logs.

编制并记录质量监督工作日志。

15. Follow instructions from supervisors and project management.

 服从上级工作安排与指令。

II. Qualifications & Requirements

二、任职要求

1. In good health, and able to adapt to petrochemical/refinery construction site working conditions.

身体健康，能够适应石化/炼化项目施工现场工作环境。

2. Diploma  or  above   in  Electrical   Engineering,   Instrumentation  Engineering,  Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Power Systems Automation, or related disciplines; minimum 2 years of project management experience; familiar with E&I construction processes (incoming equipment inspection, E&I installation,  instrument calibration,  wiring  and  commissioning,  DCS/PLC/SIS integrated  testing,  hazardous   area  construction,   etc.);  holder  of   relevant  professional certifications.

大专/中专及以上学历，电气工程及其自动化、仪表工程、自动化、机电一体化、电力系统自动化等相关专业；具备 2 年以上项目管理经验，熟悉电仪施工流程（设备进场验收、电气仪表安装、仪表校准、接线调试、DCS/PLC/SIS 联调、防爆区域施工等）的质量管控要点，并持有相应岗位证书。

3. Strong sense of quality and responsibility; adherence to principles; ability to objectively and impartially implement inspection standards without concealing quality issues.

具备严格的质量意识和高度责任心，坚持原则，能够客观、公正执行检验标准不隐瞒质量问题。

4. Comply with project safety management regulations and be familiar with construction site safety requirements.

遵守项目安全管理规定，熟悉施工现场安全要求。

5. Proficient in office software; good communication and coordination skills; able to effectively liaise with contractors, consultants, clients, and third-party inspection agencies to drive timely quality rectification.

 熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够有效对接施工方、监理、业主及第三方检测机构，推动质量问题整改落实。

6. No record of misconduct, and no violations of laws or regulations.

无不良从业记录，无违法违纪行为。
