  • Lead and mentor the QA/QC team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective testing processes
  • Develop, implement, maintain comprehensive QA/QC Strategies and methodologies
  • Create detailed test plans, test cases and test scripts based on project requirements
  • Conduct thorough and functional, regression, performance and load testing to identify defects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality standards and project goals
  • Monitor industry trends and tools to enhance our QA/QC process continuously
  • Prepare detailed reports on testing activities, results, metrics for stakeholders
  • Participate in project planning meetings to provide insights into potential risks related to quality
  • Perform other related work as required

المتطلبات

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • minimum 3 years experience in software QA Testing
  • 2 years leadership role
