  • Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Python
  • Maintain high coding standards, perform code reviews, and mentor junior engineers
  • Contribute to the technical direction and success of projects, guiding and mentoring the team
  • Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for code, design, and implementation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Architect scalable and resilient solutions utilizing AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes


  1. Bachelor’s degree majoring in Computer Science or related field
  2. Minimum 7+ years of backend development experience using Python
  3. Proven ability to build scalable backend systems
  4. Strong in architecture, design patterns, and CI/CD
  5. Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
  6. Experience in Agile development, and familiarity with low-latency coding is preferred
  7. Have cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure) are a plus.
  8. Willing to relocate and work onsite in Bahrain.
