• Source and negotiate prices for HVAC materials, tools, consumables, and equipment.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics for availability and lead times.
• Monitor inventory levels and support warehouse/materials requests.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain an updated supplier database.
• Ensure all purchases comply with project specifications and company standards.
• Assist in cost control and provide price comparisons for management approval.
• Work closely with the Project Engineer, Project In-Charge, and Warehouse personnel.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Business, Engineering, or any related course.
• Experience in construction, or technical purchasing is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills..
• Proficient in MS Office and purchasing documentation.
