Position: Purchasing Supervisor

The Purchasing Supervisor oversees the end-to-end procurement process for both domestic and imported goods. This includes sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing import documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of high-quality materials. The role requires strong coordination with vendors, courier services, and internal teams (such as logistics and warehouse) to maintain accurate purchasing records, monitor inventory levels, and support smooth business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course
• Having at least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in Local and Import Purchasing in Food or Logistics sector
• Has adequate knowledge on estimating, planning, inventory management, cost and budgetary preparation, supervision and management, and best practices in purchasing
• Knowledgeable in computer software applications including MS Office Suite/Google docs/sheets/ERP
• Excellent organizational, planning, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills
• Keen attention to details
• Proficient oral and written English communication and presentation skills
