We're Hiring: Procurement Associate

Location: Onsite | Taguig City

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Saturday (Half-day)

Company: A fast-growing modern farming & agri-tech company revolutionizing how vegetables are grown, distributed, and sold in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create purchase orders and procure goods/services within approved budgets
• Source and coordinate with vendors for quality, cost-effective purchases
• Maintain accurate records of POs, invoices, contracts, and supplier details
• Review procurement documents for accuracy before handover to Accounting
• Coordinate delivery schedules and handle urgent purchase requests
• Ensure all purchases meet company standards and compliance
• Manage inventory at warehouse and outdoor farms
• Issue BIR Form 2307 to suppliers

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in procurement or purchasing preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Amenable to onsite work in Taguig City
• Can start ASAP
