  • Assist the purchasing department in inventory management and order processing.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier information.
  • Support in evaluating supplier performance and negotiating terms.
  • Communicate with internal teams to fulfill material needs efficiently.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in marketing research, purchasing, inventory management, and negotiating. Strong time management and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in purchasing decisions, manage inventory levels, conduct market research, and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; potential for occasional travel.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, financial literacy, computer literacy, and ability to work collaboratively.
