  • The position is responsible in procurement process including accreditation for sourcing for potential and direct supplier and engaging contracts from direct distributorship and manufacturer, to conduct supplier performance and evaluation, and perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Comptroller from time-to-time, to process and address any related or any request for Head Office and Central Equipment and the like. To assist all sites buyer for any related concerns for any documents related especially for Invoices. Facilitates and enhance document filling of the department.
  • Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Financial Stability
  • Potential suppliers and authorized distributors are willing to engage in a contract agreement.
  • To establish and maximize payment terms.
  • To minimize COD terms.
  • Customer Focus
  • Internal and external accreditation (all vendors must accredit prior to have transaction)
  • Conduct and determine vendor that is major and critical.
  • Procurement process from end-to-end for Head Office and Central Equipment
  • To ensure request for payment and receiving report are process on time and meets the payment date schedule
  • To assist site buyer for other concerns related. 
  • Operational Efficiency
  • Accreditation of vendors within 1-15 working days from receipt of endorsements.
  • Provide New Potential Subcon and Suppliers within 1-15 working days from receipt of request.
  • Ensuring that No Pending Request and PO that are not process or delivered and meet the TAT.
  • Organizational Culture
  • Improve knowledge and skills through training and seminars.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or any related field.
  • Experience in Purchasing and Procurement processes.
  • Goal-driven person, highly organized, detailed oriented, and with good human relations/people management.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Oracle Cloud System.
  • Good in verbal & written communication skills and with good decision-making skills.
  • Strict work conviction and uphold integrity over work. 
  • Dynamic, creative & innovative, with strong respect for confidentiality.
