الوصف

  • Assist in procurement activities by sourcing and purchasing supplies.
  • Maintain and update purchase orders and vendor records.
  • Analyze purchase requisitions and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments for smooth operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
  • Prepare reports on purchasing metrics for management review.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong time management, inventory and vendor management, problem-solving, excellent communication, negotiating, and canvassing skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard business hours; occasional overtime may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to work effectively in a team.
