الوصف
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders (PO).
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with reliable suppliers to obtain the best price and quality.
- Compare price quotations and analyse product/service specifications.
- Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods.
- Maintain and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages.
- Update purchasing records and maintain proper documentation (invoices, delivery orders, etc.).
- Liaise with the accounts department for invoice processing and payment to suppliers.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and ensure a well-maintained office environment.
- Provide support for meetings, travel arrangements, and office scheduling.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
المتطلبات
- Minimum STPM/Diploma in any related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in purchasing role is an advantage.
- Hardworking, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have own transport and a valid driving licence
- Prefer Mandarin Speaking
