• College Graduate
• With 5yrs and up experience in handling and mentoring purchasing team or HR team.
• Attentive to details and meticulous in checking of reports and other purchasing or HR documents.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office specially in Excel.
• Flexible and can work with less supervision.
• Willing to render overtime as need arises.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily purchasing operations and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and contracts.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Track order status and resolve any delivery or quality issues.
• Support negotiation efforts to achieve cost savings.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Assist in supplier performance evaluation and relationship management.
• Help train and mentor junior purchasing staff.

Salary: 20,000-25,000
