Assist in procurement processes, manage vendor relations, and support inventory management.
Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and purchasing materials.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and purchases.
Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery schedules.
Monitor market trends and vendor performance.
Support the Purchasing Manager in daily operations and administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in purchasing or supply chain roles.
Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, English language proficiency, effective negotiation skills, and decision-making abilities.
Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional fieldwork to assess suppliers.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong interpersonal skills.
