About the Role

As a Leasing Officer, you'll play a key role in maximizing occupancy by securing the right tenants and ensuring smooth lease operations within our properties.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identifying and securing new tenants
• Conducting property tours and presenting spaces
• Negotiating lease terms and preparing agreements
• Monitoring lease compliance and renewals
• Coordinating with operations and marketing teams
• Providing reports on market trends and leasing performance

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in real estate, leasing, or operations
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and time management
• Proficiency in MS Office and leasing systems
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset
• Certifications in commercial real estate or property management, such as those offered by the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) or National Association of Realtors (NAR), may be beneficial.
