  • Skills and Competencies: Real Estate Agent Certificate, strong communication, negotiation skills, and market knowledge.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with fieldwork involved, requiring flexible hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, personable, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
