الوصف

  • Assist in the setup, arrangement, and dismantling of booths or event areas.
  • Welcome and engage with visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide product or service information to event attendees.
  • Conduct live demonstrations or distribute promotional materials as required.
  • Answer inquiries and direct potential clients to sales or marketing representatives.
  • Maintain booth cleanliness, organization, and display quality throughout the event.
  • Support event logistics, including inventory management of giveaways, brochures, and other materials.
  • Coordinate with event organizers, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collect attendee information for follow-up and reporting purposes.
  • Follow brand guidelines and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

المتطلبات

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in marketing, events, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Previous experience in events, sales, or promotions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Able to work flexible hours.
  • Physically able to stand for long periods and assist with booth setup/takedown.
