Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 2–5 years of experience in project management, specifically within renovation or construction projects.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong project management skills; proficiency in AFES (Automated Facility Event System) is preferred.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and delegate tasks effectively.
