The Operations Manager – Construction will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction operations to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards. The role involves coordinating with site teams, engineers, contractors, and support functions to drive efficient project delivery.

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and internal departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction operations or site management.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.
