We are looking for a proactive Site Engineer to lead our prefabricated housing projects from planning to completion.

You will oversee timelines, resources, budgets, and ensure high-quality delivery.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates
• Manage day-to-day operations on-site and coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety standards, and client requirements
• Track progress, resolve issues, and report regularly to management
• Manage budgets and project documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management (construction or prefab housing preferred)
• PRC license or PMP certification is an advantage
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Work location: Quezon City
