• Proficient in tools like Jira, MS Project, and MS Excel
• Hands-on experience running Agile Scrum ceremonies
• Advanced scheduling and resource planning capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Expertise in Jira dashboards and sprint planning
• Ability to create clear, concise reporting and presentations

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification (preferred)
• Power BI proficiency (a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and objectives
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines
• Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues and risks
• Utilize Jira dashboards to track sprint progress and team performance
• Prepare and deliver status reports and presentations to stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with business goals and continuous process improvement
