We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the launch of our Real World Asset (RWA) project in Hong Kong. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including R&D, legal, and marketing, to successfully develop, fine-tune, and bring the project to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage collaboration with external teams handling compliance, research and development, and marketing to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
• Quickly learn and understand traditional commodities trading practices, particularly related to precious metal, to support product feature refinement and project development
• Work closely with external legal advisors to engage with authorizing bodies and regulatory agencies, facilitating licensing discussions and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met
• Partner with the marketing team to develop, fine-tune, and execute the project’s marketing strategy and activities
• Liaise with marketing and business development teams to communicate and negotiate with potential exchanges on listing requirements and related processes
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and roadblocks, and proactively implement solutions to keep the project on track
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, challenges, and milestones

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in fintech, digital assets, or blockchain-related projects
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to digital assets or RWAs is preferred
• Experience working with regulatory authorities and commodity trading is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification preferred
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese
