NexWave is a startup company in the Philippines and a sister company of Hometown Roofing & Restoration, one of the fastest-growing roofing companies in Texas, USA. We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Coordinator / Tele-Sales Specialist to manage property insurance claims and coordinate projects for U.S. clients. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with Hometown Roofing & Restoration’s estimating team, led by a retired insurance adjuster, alongside a team of professional retired U.S. insurance adjusters who are top-level experts in the industry. You will gain unique exposure to advanced insurance estimating practices, learn from some of the best in the field, and use AI tools to enhance estimating, reporting, and client communications. • Review and manage U.S.-based property insurance claims for roofing and restoration projects
• Create accurate estimates using Xactimate and other estimating tools, guided by the Hometown Roofing team
• Collaborate with retired insurance adjusters to ensure precision in claims and estimates
• Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters, clients, and internal teams in English
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and text follow-ups to clients and insurers regarding claims and projects
• Leverage AI tools to streamline estimate preparation, damage assessments, reporting, and client communication
• Coordinate project schedules and resources to ensure timely completion of restoration work
• Track, organize, and maintain claims files, documentation, and project records
• Provide detailed reporting and updates to management and clients

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Minimum 2 years of experience with U.S.-based property insurance claims and project coordination
• Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software
• Experience using AI tools for claims documentation, estimating, or communications preferred
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple claims and projects simultaneously
• Professional, customer-focused, and self-motivated
