Cost Planning and Insights Analyst

Onsite, Caloocan City

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accepts and analyzes Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from Account Executives. Prepares layout proposals and initial cost estimates for review and final approval by the VP for Finance.

2. Prepares the final quotation format and ensures timely distribution to Account Executives and clients.

3. Maintains a database of all quotations per client and develops strategies to improve the efficiency of the quotation system.

4. Prepares monthly reports summarizing all quotations submitted to clients.

5. Ensures proper filing and organization of all RFQs and formal quotations (by year, Account Executive, and client).

6. And other tasks that may be assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
