Junior IT Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and respond to requests from project teams
• Understand project scope and requirements to deliver expected outputs across Digital solutions and cross-functional teams
• Coordinate projects, document requirements, and ensure scope accuracy and completeness
• Create and manage work schedules by assigning projects efficiently to the appropriate designers or developers while maximizing team utilization
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders regarding timelines, resource allocation, milestones, effort estimates, and budgets
• Manage workflows to ensure seamless handovers of project details and deliverables
• Identify and proactively resolve risks such as capacity constraints, scope changes, and product issues
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Participate in project meetings, calls, and team scrums

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Project Coordinator, Planner, Workflow Coordinator, or Process Controller
• Experience using project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
• Exposure to digital products including websites, web applications, videos, email campaigns, and online magazines
• Background in web development (HTML, CSS, CMS platforms) is an advantage
• Experience in visual communication, product development, or content management is a plus
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and willing to work primarily on a North America shift schedule
• Capable of working remotely with a stable and reliable internet connection
