PeopleSoft Programmer Analyst

Location: Taguig (Onsite)

Salary: Up to PHP 85,000 (Gross Monthly)

We are hiring a PeopleSoft Programmer Analyst to develop, enhance, and support applications within the PeopleSoft environment. The role covers the full software development lifecycle and requires close collaboration with functional and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance PeopleSoft components and system-level applications
• Analyze functional and technical requirements
• Design, code, debug, test, and deploy PeopleSoft solutions
• Work with PeopleCode, PeopleTools, Application Engine, Component Interface, and SQR
• Perform system integration and production support
• Maintain technical documentation and project artifacts
• Collaborate with support and development teams

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in PeopleSoft development
• Strong knowledge of PeopleTools and PeopleCode
• Experience with Application Engine, Component Interface, and SQR
• Proficient in SQL and Oracle Database
• Knowledge of DB2 or Mainframe is a plus
• Experience with ServiceNow or Jira is an advantage
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig and on a shifting schedule if required
