- In-charge of the Teams’ Installation, Commissioning & Testing activities onsite

- Coordination with Client’s NOC, Field Operations and MEC Project Coordinators & Project Managers

- Re-checking of team’s work performance ensuring Huawei’s and client’s standards & SLAs are met

- Accounting of Team Member’s activities and efficiency

- Implementing Clean-As-You-Go after every site activity.

- Performing inventory of the Tools, PPEs and Equipment before and after activity

- Responsible on the safety of the team, equipment and tools on site

- Taking of acceptable quality and correct site pictures for uploading to Huawei ISDP

- Perform Site Permitting

Requirements

- Good leadership qualities

- Proficient in Oral and Written Communication

- Preferably certified in COSH

- Knows Huawei’s EHS Compliance and ISDP

- Preferably ECE graduate or related course
