1. Monitoring and updating of master plan
2. Material controller (ensure that materials are readily available)
3. Checking if machine is operational
4. Ensuring delivery schedules are met (due date vs actual delivery)
5. Delegate tasks and ensure due dates and quality standards are met through proper line balancing
6. Designate operators/contractors to a specified machine (powder coating/digital only)
7. Preparation and allocation of RD prior dispatch (finishing only)
8. Other task/duties that may be assigned from time to time.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTITUDES:

• Must know how to read and understand technical drawing and plans
• With good communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours when required
• Willing to be trained for additional knowledge and skills
• With basic analytical, problem-solving skills and decision making, able to conduct line balancing and advance troubleshooting with priority management
• Multi skilled can be assigned in different sanctions
• Can work under minimal to no supervision
• Good interpersonal relationship with peers and other co-workers
