• Lead and supervise production teams to ensure daily targets are met
• Coordinate with various departments for timely preparation of parts
• Monitor change over line setup and improve efficiency
• Handle people and parts management with attention to detail
• Create reports and present updates using MS Excel and PowerPoint

Requirements

• College graduate
• Have work experience in a Japanese Manufacturing company
• Must have experience in Production Management plus can analyze assembly problems
• Able to manage teams, coordinating to different departments, and ensuring timely preparation of parts for production use
• Have people and parts management skills
• Keen to details by ensuring parts are prepared and assembled to exact specifications with minimal errors
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management and other departments
• Excellent in using Excel, formulas and PPT
• Willing to start ASAP
